These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BuilderPro OS website, software platform, and services. By accessing or using BuilderPro OS, you agree to be bound by these terms.
BuilderPro OS provides software tools that help businesses manage leads, automate communication, schedule appointments, manage customer relationships, and build marketing systems. This includes CRM, automation, website and funnel builders, appointment scheduling, messaging, reputation management, and AI-powered communication tools.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity occurring under your account. You must not use the platform for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
By using BuilderPro OS you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our services are intended for business owners and individuals legally able to enter into binding agreements.
When you connect an advertising, listing, or social account, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business, and you agree to follow that provider's own terms and advertising policies. BuilderPro OS acts on your instruction. You remain responsible for the content you publish and the campaigns you request. A provider may change or withdraw its API at any time, which can interrupt a feature through no fault of ours.
You keep ownership of the text, images, and other content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to store it and to publish it to the destinations you select. You are responsible for holding the rights to anything you upload.
Certain services require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees, maintain valid payment information, and allow recurring billing where applicable. Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.
Calculators, booking pages, and other tools we generate for you are licensed for use on domains your business controls. They may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared with another business.
You agree not to send unsolicited bulk messages, misrepresent who you are, scrape or resell data obtained through the platform, attempt to access another customer's data, or interfere with the operation of the service.
BuilderPro OS shall not be held liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time according to your billing terms. On termination, see Data Deletion for what happens to your data.
