BuilderPro OS respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using our website, software platform, and services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We may collect your name, email address, phone number, business information, payment information, IP and device information, and usage data. We collect it when you fill out a form, sign up for services, contact us, or use BuilderPro OS tools.
We use collected information to provide and maintain our services, improve platform performance, communicate about your account, process payments, provide support, and send notifications related to appointments, services, or platform activity.
BuilderPro OS lets you connect third-party accounts so the platform can work on your behalf. When you connect an account, we store an access token and the identifiers needed to call that service. We use this access only to perform the actions you asked for inside BuilderPro OS.
We never post, advertise, or message on your behalf except through an action you take in BuilderPro OS or a post you explicitly scheduled. We do not use data from connected accounts to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it. You can disconnect any account at any time from the Marketing page, which deletes the stored token immediately.
If you consent to receive SMS, you may receive messages related to appointment confirmations, reminders, support updates, and service notifications. Message frequency may vary; message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP. SMS opt-in information and phone numbers will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted providers only when necessary to operate the platform, process payments, deliver services, or comply with legal requirements. Access tokens for connected accounts are stored encrypted at rest and are never exposed to your browser or to other customers. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your data, though no online system can guarantee complete security.
We keep account and business data for as long as your account is active. Cached third-party data, such as review and insight numbers, is refreshed regularly and replaced. When you disconnect a service or close your account, the related tokens are deleted right away and remaining data is removed within 30 days.

BuilderPro OS is a business tool intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced inside the platform.
